Company History

Josh Fletcher was born into the door manufacturing trade. When he was just three days old , as he was being taken home from the hospital, his dad stopped to deliver a pre hung door unit to a customer in Arkansas where he owned a door manufacturing company. Josh's grandfather Slim Fletcher did carpentry for Diamond National Lumber Company in Turlock during the 1950s. A few years later one of Josh's uncles, Bill Fletcher had one of the first pre hung door manufacturing machines in the Turlock area. Since the 1960s the Fletcher family has had the opportunity to learn and master the door industry. When Josh was 16 he began working at a local door company and continued to master the trade for twenty plus years. It is his true passion and ultimate goal to help bring his experience to each and every customer at Fletcher Doors, Windows, and Trim, Inc.
